Meet with a Lender of your choice - learn about all your financing options - get your pre-approval financing letter from your Lender - then meet with your Realtor and start looking at property. You are embarking on an exciting adventure, whether a first-time Buyer or sixth - let your Realtor submit your questions and concerns to the Seller’s Realtor and try to keep your emotions under control.
